Yoga for Athletes last night WAS AWESOME!

Reading Luluaddict and Lulumum really don’t help. I pretty much hated all their fall-winter things save one long sleeve top that I got just before my chest started going haywire, and now we are into their spring collection and I’m loving it.

My answer to the childhood question, “If you were stranded on an island, name three things…” had always been: Unlimited supply of chocolate ice cream, a giant freezer and a spoon. I still had my manners. But if you asked me now, I would ditch the spoon and be torn between almond toffee and hand-rolled cones with chocolate-filled tips. Unlimited supply of each, of course.

Thoughts from yesterday
Yesterday I shorted my gym time to only time on the elliptical and a short round of stretching because during the block before when I had a list of things to study, my mum called and I still wanted to get all the things done (whoa hello run on ramble).
