Rant: Profs wasting my time AND money.
I have been so unproductive for the last couple days. Yesterday I slept most of the day annnd I skipped my first class of the semester to come home and nap because of an upset stomach. Going to school today at all was a complete waste of my time: class #1 was having an already sort of creepy prof walk around a narrow-aisled lecture hall giving an exceptionally boring lecture about management...
This week has been really awesome in telling me that I need to get back to the gym. Two strength sessions this week have left me SO sore… =) . I also feel way more productive and higher energy today. Signing up for spin class again was a good move - I am on my way back to getting the definition in my arms that I had in highschool!

Poor movie choices don't justify cable for me.
We watched ‘The Freebie’ last night. Terrible. Good things that came of it: Phil and I were both upset by the idea of a freebie. I can’t stand movies that have no ending. It wasn’t like there wasn’t room for another 20 minutes of film, it was only 77 minutes long. I have a feeling that I will soon be hitting the discount movie bins at blockbuster instead of renting....
All of the things I take for lunch are loud, except grapes. I am sick of grapes because it has been two school weeks of grapes on my lunch. I ate half the grapes I brought earlier and am now trying to eat celery really really quietly in the library’s study section. Almost positive that I am failing at this, but I haven’t gotten any “you’re being loud” looks yet.

Back in Spin Class
And I have a bike locker for the semester!! I usually never ride the all of 10 minutes to school because I don’t want to lock up my road bike for fear of it getting stolen. So instead when I have ridden in the past, it has been on my crappy beater bike with poor shifting.
I am still a sissy in the rain (I don’t have a waterproof coat, waterproof shoes/booties, or a waterproof bag)....
Corporate Tax Class Woes
I have school from 5:30-7 on Thursdays. Yesterday I went into school at 11:30, and with the exception of paying some deposits and grabbing some tea with a friend for about an hour I studied corporate tax all day. I had probably already put in about 3 hours of reading. The best (worst) part is that I only got through the first chapter, the in-chapter exercises and 2 of 10 of the chapter problems.

I thought the Goose part was especially cute.
Yesterday it surprised me and snowed. It was windy, and it was cold again. Gone were the days of warm, flat and fast. I didn’t want to run in the biting wind today that leaves the skin on my neck sore. Did it anyways. It was an okay run, I am glad that it is over, and I am glad that I did it.
