Thoughts from yesterday
Yesterday I shorted my gym time to only time on the elliptical and a short round of stretching because during the block before when I had a list of things to study, my mum called and I still wanted to get all the things done (whoa hello run on ramble). Then I couldn’t stay longer at the gym because Phil was picking me up right after work (it is seriously cold here… like -3… hello West Coast acclimatization). But I just died on the couch afterwards, ate some grapefruit, got nothing productive done before yoga. Apparently an entire grapefruit wasn’t enough food for me because I starved halfway through my class and kept eating throughout the night. Today I will stop eating after dinner unless I am seriously hungry. No more boredom/procrastination eating. But I did do a double workout (or sort of like a workout and a half) yesterday, but I’m not sure that I will keep that up.
A nicer workout schedule for me would be:
Mondays - Yoga
Tuesdays - Gym
Thursdays - ??
Friday - Gym
Still need to reincorporate running. Chest only hurt mildly and only for a little bit after the elliptical. To try running or to not try running? To make yet another doctor’s appointment or to try to figure it out on my own?
