Yoga for Athletes last night WAS AWESOME!

It happened that it was all ladies in the house, and it ended up being a really fun, empowering class - mainly because we were all laughing and then I learned how to get into crow pose and held it!

It was a heavy core class, so I expected to be sore this morning. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but I am sure I’ll be hurting tomorrow in the abs. Instead, my shoulders, back, low back and arms are sore. I’m surprised my triceps aren’t bruised. Hurts so good! Maybe later I will get Phil to take a photo of my crow and then I can see how much stronger I get with it! SPEAKING of Phil… he is going to lunch-time yoga today. Couples that om together, stay together?
